Winged Euonymous Euonymous alatus
Family: Celastraceae (Stafftree)
Branching: Opposite
This is an introduced shrub commonly planted for its distinctive corky
wings and red autumn foliage. It is not easily confused with
anything else. These pictures were taken in early spring, so the
buds may be a little larger than normal.
